Sun at the booth
Night mode is exaggerated on purpose: at a booth in full sun, subtle dusk lighting doesn't show.
Case study · In production
EQUIBOX manufactures horse stalls and modular horse barns in Berazategui, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. I built their complete system: a 3D quoting tool where buyers design their barn, a dashboard where sales reps quote with pricing, shipping and financing, and an app that keeps working with no signal at agricultural shows.
The problem
A modular horse barn isn't an off-the-shelf product. One stud farm wants eight stalls in a row with a tack room; another, two facing rows; another, an L-shaped layout. Add to that the size of each stall, the walls, the doors, the accessories and the distance to the ranch where it gets installed.
Every combination changed the price, the freight and what had to be built. And much of the selling happens at agricultural shows, in front of the customer, often with no signal and the sun glaring on the screen.
What was built
Buyers design their barn and see it in 3D as they choose.
Sales reps quote with pricing and handle follow-up.
Designed to be used out in the field, with or without signal.
How a sale flows
A sale from start to finish, with the same rules at every step.
Design decisions
Night mode is exaggerated on purpose: at a booth in full sun, subtle dusk lighting doesn't show.
Resolution, shadows and lights tuned so the render doesn't stutter on a tablet.
Quotes are saved on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.
The quote includes views from the same render the customer saw, plus photos of the accessories.
