Horse Stable 3D Configurator for European Manufacturers

In short: A horse stable 3D configurator lets a European stable manufacturer have horse owners, livery yards and studs design their stables in 3D and send an inquiry with layout, doors and fronts already chosen; it runs on the same engine as the EQUIBOX quoting tool.

A horse stable 3D configurator is a web tool where buyers design their stables —number, size, layout, fronts, doors, tack rooms, overhang— and see them in 3D as they choose, then send an inquiry with everything defined. For a European stable manufacturer (Pferdeboxen in Germany, paardenboxen in the Netherlands and Flanders, stables in the UK) there's one thing that sets this apart: the horse stable configurator on this site uses the same geometry as a quoting tool that's already in production, the one I built for EQUIBOX.

From Berazategui to Europe: the same problem

EQUIBOX is a horse stall and modular stable manufacturer in Berazategui, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I built their full quoting and sales system: a public 3D quoting tool where buyers design their stable with a 7-step wizard, real timber textures and night mode; a sales dashboard with prices only for reps, per-kilometer shipping, installment plans and a CRM; a PDF quote that includes views from the same render; and an app that works offline for selling at agricultural shows.

The problem it solved is the same one a manufacturer in Gelderland, Lower Saxony, Flanders or Newmarket has: every stable is different, buyers can't read a technical drawing, and every variation costs hours of someone who knows the product. Horses, stalls and buyers don't change much between continents. What changes is the language, the currency and the catalog.

Who buys stables in Europe

  • The private owner with one to four horses at home who wants external stables with an overhang, or a couple of internal stalls inside an existing barn.
  • The livery yard or riding center, thinking in long rows, a center aisle, a tack room, a wash bay and how much room there is to grow.
  • The breeding or sport stud, which wants larger stalls, foaling boxes and well-ventilated fronts.

Each asks different questions. The private owner wants to see how it looks next to the house; the riding center wants to see the layout and the aisle; the stud wants to see the detail of the front and the door.

What the horse stable configurator already shows

The horse stable configurator is free, public and works on phones. It's set in the countryside with horses, and lets you choose:

  • 1 to 20 stalls of 3 × 3, 3.5 × 3.5 or 4 × 4 m.
  • A continuous row, center aisle, facing rows or a single stall.
  • Tack rooms.
  • Standard or V-front doors (the front that lets the horse put its head out), hinged or sliding.
  • Timber walls or walls with bars.
  • A surrounding canopy, simple or truss, with concrete, timber or rubber flooring.
  • A sign with the stable's name.

Like the other configurators, it has walk-through mode to walk the aisle at eye level, night view, layers to see inside, views, image download and share, which creates a link that opens that exact stable. That link is what the buyer forwards to their partner, vet or trainer before deciding.

What gets built for your company

A European manufacturer has its own catalog, and the custom configurator follows its rules: your fronts and their sizes, your door types and hardware, swivel or fixed feeders, external stables with an overhang (Paddockbox or Außenbox), internal stalls for existing barns, your colors and timbers. The engine generates the stable from rules, so no variation is drawn by hand. I explain this in parametric rendering and in horse stable 3D quoting tool.

You can also add what EQUIBOX already has: prices only for logged-in reps, a PDF quote with the render view, a CRM. And for big equestrian fairs, an offline mode so you can quote at your stand even when the venue's network is overloaded. See offline 3D quoting.

Languages and markets

A stable maker exporting within Europe sells in several languages at once: Dutch, German, French, English. The site and configurators already run in Spanish and English; the custom tool is built in the languages you sell in, with euros, pounds or whatever currency you need, and with your trade's vocabulary checked by your team.

Animal welfare rules on stall sizes or ventilation vary by country; the manufacturer and its customers should confirm them with a local professional. The configurator shows what you build.

Working with a developer in Argentina

I'm Facundo Campo, a software developer based in Quilmes, Buenos Aires, and I design and build 3D quoting tools and configurators end to end. Continental Europe is four or five hours ahead of Argentina and the UK three or four, depending on the season: my morning is your afternoon. I work in English and Spanish, over video calls, with links to try in the browser.

To start, you send me your catalog, photos of finished stables, your front dimensions and a few sample quotes. The full EQUIBOX story is in the EQUIBOX case study. If you'd like to see your stables in 3D, message me on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email facundocampo100@gmail.com.

Frequently asked questions

Is the stable configurator the same one EQUIBOX uses?

It uses the same geometry as the EQUIBOX quoting tool. The EQUIBOX one also has the 7-step wizard, prices for reps, PDF quotes and offline mode; the one on this site is public and has no prices, so you can try it.

Can it be adapted to my fronts and doors?

Yes. In a custom build the configurator follows your catalog: front sizes, door types, walls, feeders, colors and timbers.

Can it be in Dutch or German?

Yes, as part of the custom build, along with the other languages and currencies you sell in. The site already runs in Spanish and English.

Does it show prices?

The public configurator doesn't. In yours, you decide whether prices appear on the website or only when a sales rep is logged in, as with EQUIBOX.
